Christ the King Dress Code
Christ the King School students are required to wear clothing conforming to a basic dress code. This requirement supports an environment of high behavior standards. Student attire must meet the designated dress code at all times during the school day, including physical education classes, and students are expected to leave school in dress code unless specific exceptions have previously been announced. Parents of students not following the dress code will be called to bring appropriate clothing items.
Dress Code: Kindergarten to 8th Grade
- During Mass, Liturgy services, or special events held in the church, students are expected to show respect by wearing their best dress code attire and tucking in their shirts.
- All clothing worn to school must be the correct size (not too tight or loose), clean, and in good repair.
- Please note that neatness, modesty, and good taste should be observed.
- Straps and waistbands of undergarments should not be visible through or underneath clothing.
- In the event of conflicting opinions among parents, students, or faculty members about the correct interpretation of the dress code, the decision of the Christ the King principal/vice principal shall be final and binding.
- If you have any questions regarding the dress code guidelines, where to purchase appropriate items, etc., please call the school office, refer to examples located in the display case in the upstairs foyer, or select the Boys or Girls Dress Code attachment, below.
